Fall Member Meeting 2026
October 29th | 5:30 - 8:00pm |Virtual via Zoom
Join the Community Alliance of Tenants (CAT) for our Autumn 2026 Member Meeting!
This is a great opportunity to hear the latest updates from CAT, vote for board members, and learn about what’s on the horizon for the organization.
We’re thankful for your support of CAT.
Board Candidate Review & Voting
If you’re unable to attend the meeting, please take a few minutes to review the candidates on the ballot and cast your vote.
The Board currently consists of 8 members and may have up to 15 members. When voting, please evaluate each candidate individually. You do not need to choose between candidates, as there are enough board positions available for all qualified candidates to be elected, with room to add additional members in the future.
Interested in serving on the CAT Board next year? We’d love to hear from you. Contact either Dung at dung@oregoncat.org or Tracy at tracy@oregoncat.org to learn more about board service and volunteer opportunities.
CAT Board Candidates
Adriana Grant
Board Member Candidate
Adriana first became involved with CAT through her work as a Policy Associate with the Eugene Tenant Association, where she advocated for tenant protections through legislative testimony, engaging with stakeholders, community organizing, and assisting tenants in preparing to engage with policymakers. After returning to Bend, she began attending CAT’s monthly meetings in the summer of 2025, inspired by the organization’s work advancing housing justice in Central Oregon. She remains actively engaged in local conversations and events addressing housing insecurity, homelessness, and social justice. Drawing on her policy advocacy experience and lived experience with varying degrees of homelessness, she brings a deep commitment to equitable, community-driven solutions and ensuring that the voices of systemically marginalized communities are represented in decisions affecting their lives. She believes housing is a basic human right and hopes to bring her experience, perspective, and dedication to housing justice to CAT’s board.

Gebrehiwot has been engaged with CAT over the last few years attending several CAT training and workshops.
