CAT’s Board of Directors is made up mostly of low-income tenants, and we strive to represent the diversity of low-income tenants in Oregon. Our Board prioritizes the leadership of People of Color, LGBTQ, people with physical and/or mental disabilities, immigrants and refugees, and seniors.
The Board is responsible for making strategic decisions about CAT’s work and is responsible to ensure CAT’s long-term organizational and financial health and stability.
